Default Auxiliary Ports - Where/what are they????

Hi all, rather embarrassed here but over a year ago I bought a 2006 Limited PT. It does have a handsfree device for a really old phone connected so it just sits there doing nothing. I've often thought that a car of that genre should have a connection for playing music thru a usb or such. Now I'm reading about standard AUX ports. Just where are these located? What can they do? Go ahead, you can laugh at me now.

It should be on the left side under the power button on your CD player...unless you have the MP3/6 CD player (it was removed). It looks like a silver circle.

It's right under the power button.

Sorry about the quality, but you can see why I'm confused.

You definitely don't have it on your radio. My 2008 has a radio that looks identical to the one in post #4 and that's what he was referring to. An FM modulator or something along those lines is probably going to be your only hope short of going with an aftermarket stereo unit at this point.

That looks like the MP3/6 CD player with the writing missing in the middle.
Since it plays MP3 CD's, the AUX was removed.

Below the tuning (right side) knob there will be 3 small letters, what are those on your stereo? You can add Bluetooth capability to the stock unit, I added it to my RAQ stereo, it requires 2 adaptors.
