I have one word "Crutchfield", they include the adapter mounting for the size speaker you used. They include instructions and their call in help line is fantastic.

I went with fosgate punch 2-way 6.5". I did both front and rear. Cost me $109 free shipping on Amazon. Also went with Sony mex-xb100by head unit. It's cea rated at 45 watts rms x4. Can be bridged down to 2ohm to get(what I've read) 68watts rms x4. No need for external amplifier at all and a real real nice single din HU. In MHO kicker nowadays is garbage. But to his his own. I probably should've started a new thread but what about the dash speakers. I hear that a 3.5" can fit with minor dremel skills. What about a 4"?. .....sorry for jumping in on this thread. I'm a noob to this forum. Thanks in advance.
