Keyfobs stopped working.

But since you have reinstalled the stock stereo, can you please post a pic of the actual part that you had installed and not a stock photo from the internet?

Update?

And with the clock going out at the same time, I'm thinking fuse.

# 17 looks like one to check, under the hood: "Clock, central locking control module, power steering control module" (for 2005+ or 2006+).

Fuse #17 also goes to the key remote module. If fuse #17 is replaced and still not working check fuse#8. If there was a short it might have taken out both fuses.
