Default speaker question

I'm going to upgrade my speakers and was wondering.. If I get some 6x8's for the pillars and some 6x3/4's for the front, would I need any extra mounting equipment? I know crutchfield gives you all the equipment you'll need for 'free' but it's expensive. I was thinking of going with these here..

Pillars

Fronts

I found them elsewhere for much less than crutchfield but I'm not sure "what's included". If I were to buy these speakers and they came with the speakers only, would I be able to install them without any extra brackets and such? Thanks in advance.

I bought the brackets and harnesses from crutchfield, but got the speakers elsewhere. I did need the mounting bracket on the front speakers for my Kickers, but the rear speakers fit perfect by themselves.

Your Kenwoods look good, but I have heard that Pioneers aren't as good as they used to be. Good price for the rears, but 110 for the fronts is a bit much. Give E-bay a try. Buy from a reputable dealer and you won't get ripped off. May I suggest going with Audiobahns, they make the sizes you need, and they will sound good.

for the front and..

kenwood c6889ie "89.99" found em for 55.95 (new)

for the back..

Alpines are always a good choice. Are you going to be pushing these speakers with an amp? It's going to make them sound a lot better with an amp if you have a stock head unit, or you could go for a head unit that has a built in amplifier. Wait a day or two and let some of the other speaker guys ring in.

i do have a rockford fosgate punch 120.2 amp somewhere. i also do have a boss 3130r headunit but i don't think it has a built in amplifier. i upgraded my headunit then i noticed that i can't utilize everything it gots because the stock speakers can't handle it. i found the alpine sps170a for 50 including shipping from this one guy who bought one pair too many. the kenwood's i still found for 55.95. i'm not gonna rush into things but i think that's what i'm gonna end up going with. thanks for all the replies! Is it a 4 channel amp? You need that many to push all four speakers. You've made some good choices, I would go on ahead and take them while you can, good deals on good speakers aren't always around when you need them.
