Newbie with a question
Hi all,
I am new to the PT Cruiser world. I just picked up a 2004 Metallic Grey GT. I was looking into getting an aftermarket Sirius Unit installed. Has anyone here had one installed? Where did you put the display, unit, etc? Is there any brand that works better, JVC, audivox, blaupunk, et? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Chris

In the center of the dash as close to the windshield as possible..no reception trouble at all...

Are you using the XM with the FM modulator, or thru the cassette deck?

I ended up putting in a new Kenwood dash unit with a Kenwood Sirius unit in mine. I have a FM modulator in my Marauder but found that you lose some quality with a modulator. With the Kenwood the sound is just a good as a CD player.

sirius will get you NFL and you can listen to it on your computer as well. Sirius has a much better sattilte constellation, so you'll get less signal drop. Check out RUSirius.com for all the info on both flavors.
