Dvd in dash player

A couple of short questions, please.
What would your 80+ feet of this stuff weigh in at?
Does the sound deadening help to muffle the tire rumble noise? Exaust noise?

I was thinking about getting the avic n1 also. If I get that, can I keep the factory 6-cd changer and is the Sirius satellite tuner in the way?
