can't go wrong with JL subs in my opinion...
i personally don't know anyone with a "stealth" box, not sure what kinda sound thats gonna produce...but it also depends on what sound you want...

what kinda amp you running?

i do like how tidy it is.

I will be installing my Stealthbox this weekend. I'm swapping out the 10W0 (125W) speaker that came with it with a 10W3v2 (250W) which will handle the 200 watts that will be going to it.
Got the Stealthbox on e-bay for $240 so I didn't mind spending extra $ for the speaker swap. Will let you know how it sounds next Monday.

I installed mine a year ago w/ Kenwood KAC959 40x4+125RMS (I've got an extra amp if you're interested). Sounds good AND I have a trunk!

It's a funny install in that you remove the taillight to bolt it down.

I also considered swapping the woofer but JL said there was a 'clearance issue' so I didn't pursue it any further.

HEY GUYS, I AM PUTTING IN A MRVT 320 ALPINE AMP, SUPPOSED TO BE ENOUGH TO PUSH IT. ORDERED MY AMPS ON ETRONIC.COM AND SAVED $250 FROM THE LOCAL SHOP. WAITING TO RECEIVE THE AMPS AND THE STEALTH COMES IN TOMMORROW. BY THE WEEKEND I SHOULD HAVE MINE UP AND RUNNING. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR HUGH BASS, BUT ENOUGH TO MAKE A QUALITY SOUND, HOPE IT WORKS.

KEEFER

Weather hasn't been too bad lately, in the 50's, but LOTS of snow this winter.
Waiting for it to hit the 70's so I can do some exterior Mods to my GT, Chrome side spears and Grill.
Send some of that Fla sunshine up to your old home state!!!

Got my system installed, MB Quart 218.03's in the front and JL TR570-CXi's in the rear.
JL StealthBox with a 10W3v2 in it instead of the 10w0.
2 Alpine V12 Expert Amps. 1-4 channel 200W and 1-2 channel 200W .
Alpine CDA-7894 Head unit CD/MP3, 4 volt pre-outs.
Sounds GRRRRRRRREAT

WELL, I HAD THE SUBWOOFER INSTALLED LAST FRIDAY, ALONG WITH MY ALPINE AMPS, AND IT SOUNDS FABULOUS. GREAT BASE AND EVERYTHING STILL LOOKS STOCK WITH A FULL USEABLE TRUNK. I THINK THAT IS THE WAY TO GO IF U INSTALL A BASE SYSTEM. TALK TO YA SOON.

It would be great if the PT Engineers would build the GenII Cruiser with better accomodations for higher-end stereo systems.

Example: swivel-mount tweeters, mids that are not aimed at your ankles, robust speaker wiring, double-DIN mounting for I.C.E. (in car entertainment), and reasonable amp & sub space.

In fact, Chrysler may have a marketing opportunity here by working with JL Audio to get the youth market better focused on the Mopar nameplate. (IMO, Bose & Infinity are too lah-dee-dah in the minds of the "yout".) Am I asking too much [:I]

I'm really glad JL was willing to put the time into developing this Stealthbox and I hope these's room for atleast a 12" 'box in 2006. In the mean time, I'll take it!!
