Hello I was told you can't put the mopar subwoofer in a PT that has the sat radio because there is an electronic box mounted back there. Well I ordered the woofer anyway and the only mod I had to do was to cut the upper mounting bracket in 2 pieces, it was very easy so if anyone was considering this by all means go ahead it sounds great.

sorry my digital cam is broke. but the unit is completely concealed in the rear panel all you can see is the black mesh that covers it you do have to remove quite a bit of the interior panels but they mostly just snap in and out. as for the wiring it just plugs in the back of the radio except for the power supply wire which I wired to the fuse box not too hard at all. It took less than 2 hours to install it and it really sounds good
