question on dash tweeters (yes i did the search)

i did a search on dash tweeters and found info to be vague, at best. I was hoping to install the following:

now i got a few questions: will they fit without having to take a dremel to the dash board? do the stock dash speakers have slide on connectors (therefore a quick swap out) or do they take the adapters that crutchfield supply? or will i have to cut and graft wiring?

does anyone have pics of a dashboard tweeter swapout? so far PTDIY has none and i have yet to find any on other boards. i just don't want to start pulling stuff apart unless i can study some pics first!

my current setup consists of pioneer 4 ways in the front and back and a clarion head unit.
