Can you believe October is already here? Return to the Beach IV is less than three weeks away. The dinner and awards banquet, at the Hard Rock Café, will be the crown jewel event of Return to the Beach IV.
At Saturday, October 25th beginning at 5:00 P.M., the Hard Rock Café will be closed to the general public and we will have exclusive use until 7:30 P.M. We will gather at the front door at 4:45 P.M. Dinner tickets may be purchased at that time, if you haven?t previously purchased from the staff.
The Myrtle Beach event is probably the least expensive of all the national PT cruiser events held. We deliberately try to keep the cost as low as possible, with all proceeds going to the MS Society. We would like to encourage everyone to please support the awards dinner, as The Hard Rock Café has been gracious enough to give us complete occupancy for 2 ½ hours, with only a guarantee of 200 people. The Hard Rock will seat up to 390 people. The $25.00 dinner fee does include tax and gratuity. The buffet dinner will be service between 5:00 P.M.
and 6:00 P.M., with the award presentations beginning at 6:00 P.M. and ending at 7:30 P.M.
We will be on a very tight schedule, so please be on time.
