Default Can anyone recommend a shop

I've had my cruiser a week now. I've only washed it twice, so I am happy to say I am not obsessing. I used to drive another make for many years. Can anyone recommend a trustworthy shop in the Atlanta area?

Thanks!

Victoria,

Welcome to the organized insanity!

What kind of shop do you need? Repair, detailing, paint, customizing? And which area around Atlanta are you in?

Thanks for getting back with me. First chance I've had of getting back.

I NEED the front end aligned.

I WANT some shadow flames - paint, I think. Not the decals.

I live in Marietta, just north of Atlanta.

Thanks for any help!

Victoria

You'd want to do research of the repair and body shops in your area, also the special shops. Find people who have car clubs or deal with shops like this to find a good one that has a good rep.

Any repair tire store can do an alignment. So are better then others. If any, find a shop that will allow you to stand outside the garage while they preform the work.

I know a GREAT painter in Decatur. Just off of 285 on Covington Hwy. Gary's Body Shop, 404-284-0804.

I'm expecting anywhere from 35-45 PTs at the Sweetheart Cruise. C'mon down! We'd love to meet you there. We will also have a group at the Cops and Rodders show this weekend in the Atlanta Antique Expo and the following weekend at Famous Dave's BBQ in Alpharetta. You can see all of our events at http://ga.ptcruiserclub.org/georgia/events.htm

Mine is just a plain old off the lot cruiser. Will probably stay that way a little while! $$$

Would I have to get a tatoo?

No tattoos necessary. But you do have to learn the secret handshake. Come on out and join us. There are several "stock" cruisers among us. And a few "not-so-stock."

Going to the Cops and Rodders show in Atlanta today. Give me a call and I can give you a list of car shops that my N Atlanta buddies have suggested for you. My cell is 770-605-6656. I'm rarely home or in my office, so that's the best way to reach me.
