If you drive your GT turbo everyday back and forth to work then why is it such a bad thing to use the lower grade fuel?

It's the same reason you wouldn't drive your PT with only 20lbs of air in the tires; it wasn't meant to be driven that way. If you constantly drive with your tires at 20lbs, your car will feel like crap, drive like crap, eat up more gas, and you'll ruin the tires. If you drive a GT with regular gas, your car will feel like crap, drive like crap, eat up more gas, and you'll eventually ruin your engine. Is it really worth cutting your engine's life short over a couple of bucks extra at fill up? And if you're Stage 1, then you
WILL flat out damage your engine; no if's, and's or but's!
Come on people, wake up! If you're already paying alot for regular, than you might as well use the good stuff for a few cents more per gallon. And nobody's even expressed an interest in using midgrade with an octane boost. No, everyone's like "let's use regular gas. I'll drive like a granny." Get real people, or get another car and sell your PT Turbos, and get a hybrid. [xx(]
