The Cruiser is overdue for plugs and wires. Can someone turn me in the right direction for buying Magnacore wires?
Also, recommend some plugs and where to buy them. Yes, she's a Stage 1 car. Thanks. |

Dunno 'bout Magnecore, but also excellent are Crane wires 25ohms/ft! - RaceAndStreet.Com has good price, excellent service.

A number of people are going to the iridium plugs from either NGK or Denso. I originally bought a set of the Denso iridiums, but neither my dealer nor another shop I frequent would put them in - they are quite a bit shorter & the shoulder is different - also requires a special socket. Both mechanics recommended against it - didn't feel they were suitable. So I went with the NGK LZTR5A copper plugs which work just fine at .033. Still, some guys are running the Densos as I understand it... Oh, I'm also running Stage I on an 05.. UltraRev carries the full range of Magnacore wires, & you can get them as sets including plugs if you like - quick service...

Got my wires from here http://www.ptcruiserclubstore.com/ca...hp?cPath=21_31
Got the NGK V-Power plugs from NAPA. One of the only chains that stock them.

I also bought mine wires through modernperformance, but I chose to go with the MSD route. Saved a few bucks, I think I paid 50.99 shipped to my door in 2 days. Performance is great, I had a miss before and it's cured now.

Also, can any mechanic install these or will they balk at it?
