Not that I would suggest defrauding a stealership, but, if you buy your S1 used and have Flight Systems reflash it, they don't report the reflash to the DCX database. Buy it new from the dealer, who knows? There are other ways they can find out, once they have your car, though. Point being, buy a used Stage 1 PCM, reflash it, then keep your stocker around for stealership visits. Unless they dig real deep, you'll be golden....

Of course in my case I will still have the bigger injectors and now my stock pcm will run like bad stink!![xx(]
