I would think it was how you had your S2 wga adjusted. How much boost did you have it adjusted for? I had it adjusted for 13 #'s of boost. there was a definite boost in power. The Prototype Power system is excellent and that would not be your problem. The stage 1, S2 wga and Prototype system should make your car scream. Mess around with the adjustment on the S2 wga and you should be fine.

Well, first, I have to say that if your mechanical skills are as good as your grammer and spelling when typing, then I'm not entirely shocked that you haven't gotten it to work right. The WGA is one of the best mods you can do to make power, so something to do with the install/set-up of it must have been off. You have to adjust it to about 13psi using a line straight from the back of the turbo to activate it when you are doing the setting. Then you go back and hook up the stock lines or put in a BC.

Hey, TiC, would that be Grammer, Indiana, or were you referring to grammar?

Forgive me, just an old teacher - couldn't help myself...

On a more serious note, your recommendations sound sound...[?]

Yes, I should use spell check now and again. French? "Steve Smith" doesn't sound very French to me, but he is in "O' Canada" so you're probably right. I just had to read it over a few times and insert all the "the", "for", "a", etc. to make sense of it. Steve, don't take it personally, I was just giving you a little friendly American bull-stuff!! Anyways, Steve, you didn't spend money for nothing. You just need to have patience and keep working with it and it will all come together.

You tune the wategate by setting it to 13 psi with the bc disconected or turned all the way down. then using a boost controller you fine tune your boost level. This insures that you will not get less than 13 psi but you can move up from there.

Well, this is were I'm confused.
The Stage 1 with stock WGA is supposed to peak at 14 psi or so. St 2 WGA is a bolt on mode (asume I don't use a BC). According to ppl who installed this WGA it's supposed to boost crazy fist and then calm down after which you can tune it to the desired level (usually 17-18 to about 15 at redline) by turning the nut on the arm.
So 13 is kind of falling out of this picture. Is it a peak setting or redline? Why woudl you want to have it that low anyway?
