Just one last note before I exit from this forum...

All of your comments/subjects mentioned here have been in discussion for the last year - on our team. We have (and "are") taking measures to "change" the things we can.

Topics that will be discussed and hopefully resolved to your satisfaction concerning Mopar Performance Parts:
1) Emissions Approvals
2) Warranty implications
3) Dealer communications

Our job is tough especially when we want to provide you with the parts you want <--- it's even tougher coming to this forum and hearing the same thing over and over again. I mentioned earlier your comments are being heard (is there a smiley icon with a big ear?) - and we are reacting (executive meeting set for next week).

I think the best thing will be for me to communicate with "someone" on this forum that can share new releases with you and get the questions back to me -- any volunteers?

I appreciate all the postive posts from the ones that understand our situation and for this we will continue to move forward with our plans to 1) correct/ammend the situation and 2) provide you with the performance products that you ask for.

You guys don't know it but Ms Unique has just blown this site off!!
I am sure that "someone " from this site wil have real impact. Truth is that communication is soo bad at DC that opening the spiget on this site produced a flood of customers unhappy with THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!

I think Ms Unique got her plug pulled because she might say the wrong thing that would leave DC liable for some warranty coverage. My gut feeling is that DC does NOT want to invest any more into enthusiastic upgraders than is possible, and even trying to explain the facts might obligate DC somehow is more commitment than DC wants to do.

Goodby MS Unique, and thank you for at least some time.

Well, I want to thank Unig for the time she spent here. I hope we didn't get her into trouble. It is frutrating to get the ear of someone on the other side of the issue then have it lopped off. What is so bad about having a conduit to hear what the customer thinks?
