if your car sits long enough, the fuel pressure will be gone. but you can still have alittle fuel leak out

I haven't looked on these motors yet,but every fuel injected motor I have ever seen has a tapon the fuel rail to test pressure,which is also used for Nitrous kits, etc. You should be ableto release the pressure there.It looks like a valva on a tire.

I ask because - 14.79 is HUGELY fast compared to stock - you got this with only mod being a non-muffler? That is *much faster* than the car mags tested with stock muffler!

what do you really mean by the noise on deceleration. I already have straight pipes, will it be a hell of a lot louder??

What about the hesitation I and others have been getting around 5000 RPM? Does stage 1 get rid of that?

This is one of the "features" of Stage I, and probably the feature that would be most likely to keep it from being smog certified. The new PCM goes rich on deceleration which allows unburnt gas to get as far as the cat. which causes it to detonate in the exhaust pipe causing a harsher "burble" then stock.
