Does codes stay with PCM
When I had stage 1 on my 06 lite I got a check engine light. So I changed back to stock PCM and same thing ( cam sensor short). I got it fixed on the stock box then changed back to stage 1 box. Once again I get the check engine. Is the original error still in the stage 1 and if so can it be removed by someone other than the a dealer.
