stage 1 vin,mileage info?

I want to instal lstage 1 on my 05 turbo lite,auto and would like to know if this is a way for chyr. to get you off of warranty ,Or screwing me up on emissions in Ga. By making it a requirement to give my vin. and mileage as I only have about 25,000 miles and 3 years warranty left on the drivetrain. Thanks, beaglerancher24

Depends if the dealer is mod friendly whether or not they try to void the warrany. I never have seen a stage 1 not pass warranty in any state.

The VIN and mileage has to be programmed by the factory for the PCM to work. It should not void your warranty as long as you do your routine maintenance.

Actually, only the VIN needs to be programmed in. The mileage is for Chrysler to know when stage 1 was installed for warranty/records purposes.

I had a used stage 1 flashed to my VIN off of the vehicle. The vehicle mileage was not entered at that time. I haven't installed it yet. What mileage will be shown on the speedo? The mileage prior to the stage 1 installation or whatever the mileage is on the used stage 1?

Whatever miles are on the odometer will show. Installing the S1 pcm won't change the mileage.
