Got the Stage 1 and BOV installed, took it out for a test drive, guess what I found on the bench when I cleaned up my tools and started putting them away...
The 4 clips that hold the fuel injectors inplace [xx(][xx(][xx(][:0] I've been shade tree mechanican for 30 years, building race cars from the ground-up, rebuilt engines/trannys/third-members/you name it, and this has to be the dumbest thing I've done yet! Make sure you take your time and RE-READ your instructions as you re-assemble your car and save yourself a bunch of headache. Now I have to go through the whole process again just to get to the point of being able to install the clips. I fugure without the clips the fuel pressure could push the injector down just far enough that it could unseat the upper injector O-ring allowing fuel to spray onto a hot engine...and that ain't good! ![]() Deen |

I learned in the military to use the Instructions as a checklist.
Use a marker and scratch out the steps you just did, this way you know you did it... Ian
