Well, if you do all of the things you do at the stripl, I would guess maybe 230 on the pavement.

PVO PT,
I met your father at the Mopar Nationals. Have your father e-mail me at my profile address. It's about a few things we discussed at the Nats. Thanks, Scott P.S.- Prediction: 232 hp, 275 lb-ft

For us really old folks with bad memories (alzheimer candidates) would you please review your mods with the dyno tapes and maybe anything special that you do in prep.
Thanks in advance! Kirby |

Well, It was a humbling experence. Here are the stats;
I have to look at the vid tape for all the # but the best was with the S1 no cat and stock air box. ONLY 217 HP 280ish TQ |
|
|||
|
whoa......
Remind me...is your GT stick or auto? And was this bone stock with just S1??

That 280ish number is only about 15% more than what we hope will be Stage II numbers. Not bad at all!! Congrats!!!

I'd say WOW too! Assuming a person is running a 5-spd. manual with 15% drive train loss equates to 255 flywheel HP. So as I see it we are talking 20 HP and 20 more ft. lbs. torque than advertized.
PVO PT, Was it you that was running 14.01's a while back? Were you power shifting a 5-spd. to get those numbers (I know you've made numerous engine mods but was more interested in driving style for the moment)? Deen

I was the one doing those times. But it was with a lot of "Goodies" installed including an A'PEXi Controller Piggibacked to the original PCM. Now I am at 14.70 with stage one, K&N Drop Filter, MOPAR BOV and a BTG Exhaust. I did this change because the car was not "drivable" with the "Goodies". I Had to detune the car for street driving because it was too "jumpy" and I live in a 100 X 30 Mile Island with over 4 million cars on the road everyday. Now I have a 14 sec car that can be driven on the road with no problems. Ian
