Does anybody have any great ideas on how to reach the third bolt on the mopar BOV? I can't get my hands in there and I have small hands. Also is it really necessary to torque it to 68? Thanks...JB

I reached the bolt thru the underside of the car with a Combination wrench.

I did it the same way as Ian (from underneath). Just hand tightned everything up, don't see how you could fit a torque wrench in there.

Its easier from under the car and thats 68 inch pounds or if your foot pound torque wrench goes as to 6.8 foot pounds[|)]

68 in. / 12 ~= 5.66667 ft.
![]() I found if you get a ratcheting wrench from Sears and hook it on from underneath, it is easy to tighten down the PITA bolt. Some people are unbolting the oil line to make it even easier to work on the bolt.

I got it installed, ratcheting wrench helped out the most. Had my fiance hold the oil line back will I tightened it down. Sounds great, not sure how much of a performance gain there is on an automatic but I love the sound, and the feeling that my turbo is breathing healthier now.

There is no performance gained from a blow off valve you are just saving your turbo from damage
