Default Stage 1 coputer may be bad, how to get chrysler to warranty?

Got a stage one kit at the end of last year and installed it right around new years. It's on an 03 pt gt. Just recently the car has acted up, with little quirks ever since the kit was installed. Right now it's dropping #4 cylinder, but not setting any codes for missfires, and when probing the injector it's pulsing it erratically like mad, but not when it should. Car runs like crap.
I've got the factory computer and we are going to try putting it back in tonight or tomorrow to see what happens.

If it's the computer, how do I get chrysler to warranty it and get me another stage 1 computer? I remember reading someplace that they would not warranty them. But it was an expensive kit, and I think that for the money I dropped I am entitled to something. Does anyone have an idea how to get them to cover it? I have never had any luck with any chrysler dealer in my life, they are like dealing with an insurance company, they deney everything and always have an excuse.

There is no warranty on an S1 - you bought it your problem, kinda the way it works with aftermarket parts at least with chrysler..

Swap the PCM or how about checking your plugs, they are a known issue along with the wires for going bad and causing all kinds of misfire issues..

Plugs wires are good, brand new done at the same time as stage one. Fuel pressure is good too. I think that there should be a warranty on parts like this, when you drop $500 you should have some rights after only 5 months.
No wonder so many people have negative views on domestic cars. Don't get me wrong, I have 5 turbo chryslers from the 80's till today, and I think the designs are great, but this is what turns people off to them.
It's not like I expect the computer from my 85 turbo z to be warrantied, but I think that a 5 month old part should, considering that it's the same equipment as oem, but with different logic.

ok, swapped the factory computer back in, same problem. Anyone have ideas? No fault codes, but dropping the #4 injector.

Now that we wasted 500 words on cursing out the non-warranty of the Stage 1 computer,

how about swapping the No#4 injector with No#3. If problem moves, you have a bad injector.

Your Motto for all mods should be "Warranty what warranty I don't need no stinkin' warranty?"

Swap injectors, it doesn't sound like its happy cause if its the only not firing like it should.

I will assume you did the plug and wire swap already? And those were fine in their new homes, and who got moved into #4 wasn't happy.
