S1 for 5 weeks, 3,000 miles and no overheating.

s1 for three months and never overheated yet, i did get a little hotter than normal because i did not bleed the cooling system correctly.

My S1 got really hot to where the coolant in the bottle was gurgling. I thought it may have been the 160 stat so I replaced with the stock stat.
The temp gauge stays in the middle and no gurgling so far...

You did not mention when you installed your Stage 1 or how long you had it , these Stage 1 cooling fan problems were fixed a long time ago, did you not notice that those posts are almost 4 years old?

S1 for 4 yrs & 40K+ miles. I over heat maybe twice a year. Turn it off and back on and all's good
