Those numbers look like boost numbers to me. 14 to 16 MPG would be very poor gas mileage for a 4 banger.

For Crazy Joe,
I get about 26 mpg with my autostick on long trips. Only engine mod is dual exhaust. I ran into a guy at Home Depot a while back that had the same complaint of 16mpg, I wonder if there might be a problem with some of the stock pcms that the Stage I clears up (like the high rpm miss).

Yeah, 16 mpg is terrible. Granted, I've seen five when on it hard on a racetrack (ahem).
Mine gets 21-22 consistently, and I average 75-80mph per tank.

Um, what? I get 21.5mpg * 12.5g = 268m per tank. Each tank takes 268m/80mph = 3.35 h to burn.
