I need some clairification.
Is the Stage I for the 04 PT Turbo Lite with automatic tranny simply the PCM? No injector changes[:I] If so I can handle that [?] |

Actually the SD stands for South Dakota. I wish it was San Diego!! As far as how my dealership handles mods I believe they are very lenient (sp).

Edit: What about 03 GT? Is the kit for that model PCM only or does it need the injectors? How much is the stage 1 kit nowadays? |

Stage 1 for an '03 is the PCM and the injectors, so it's a bit more involved to install. You can pick up kits for $350 - $425 depending on how friendly your dealer is and whether you have a manual or auto trans. |

The kit for the 2003 GT requires new injectors too, which come with the PCM, and the kit costs the same as the 2004+ kits without the new injectors. From what someone said earlier in another thread, the reason is that DCX wanted to use the higher-flow injectors in the original 2003 Turbos, but weren't able to due to supply/manufacturing problems with the vendor. If you try to run a stage kit in a 2003 Turbo, you will have to have the injectors to give it enough flow.

Thanks guys.
I checked the Mopar website and the link for the Stage 2 kit is not working so there's no way of knowing how much it is (or going to be. Is it available yet?) I don't know...stage 1 "estimates" 235HP. Is 10-15HP really worth $500+ (incl. installation)? |

The 2003 GT was rated at 215 I believe, so going to 235 (and I've heard it's a very conservative estimate) isn't too bad for $359.Think about how many people spend $150 or more on some funky intake pipe and get 5HP or less. The Stage 2 kit is not yet available. From what I understood, they are now able to order them for the SRT-4 only, and those should be shipping in April, so the logical assumption would be that the Stage 2 kit for the PT would ship within a couple months of the SRT-4 kits. I believe I had heard probably around $800-$900 or so for the PT Stage 2 kit.
