Default Gotta say goodbye

Well,

Seems I stirred up quite the hornet's nest with the home office by responding to questions about the POSSIBILITY of PT/SRT turbo kit crossover. Supposedly I know too much about the kits in general, and could slip up and say something I'm not supposed to. So as the last corporate voice hold-out (albiet anonymously) on any Turbo forum, I've been standing out here on a limb - and implications are I'll regret continuing to talk to customers in a public forum.

I'll be here watching, just won't be able to respond to any questions for the forseeable future. On the other hand, word is there will be an officially sanctioned communication channel in the near future - maybe you'll see some of my sarcasm in there.

Adieu all, was a pleasure talking to you.

Me

Thanks 3 Bar for all you have helped and done for us. A paycheck is important. Sorry you have to go because someone thinks you will clear the clouds and really tell us what is going on. Your wisdom and insight will be missed.

You will be missed 3Bar. I don't feel you ever gave away any trade secrets. Obviously the home office doesn't care that we were getting educated and they want us to buy their products blindly. The home office can kiss my a$$. The next performance car I buy won't be made by DC. Too much BS and failure to make the customer, me, happy. I could get performance upgrades for an EVO or a STI at the click of a finger and not wait months and months and months..........
How true, just one more example of the want-to-be car company trying to make themselves feel more important. I STILL wish someone else would have brought this car out, I would have rather bought the PT from Yugo than CRYsler, this POS company sucks. Goodby 3bar, I know you must do whats best for you and your family, best of luck to you thanks for your help, ahhh there is the problem, 3bar was HELPING his companys customers, now it all makes sense. I never saw anything close to top secret come out here, just some help that the dealers wouldn't or couldn't provide.
Tom

3Bar, I want to thank you for all of the information that you provided. It was very helpful in making my purchase decisions. Your input will be missed.[^]
I agree with all of the previous comments and I have a few of my own.
Like many people we read the forums to be informed on purchase decisions. One of the main reasons that I bought my PT was because of the comments made by UniqTwin. I liked the fact that someone from the company cared about the PT enough to keep us informed. Now she is gone.
Then came 3BarBoost, another person that cared enough to answer our questions. Based on his input I purchased several Mopar products and plan to get stage 2. Now he is gone.[V]
I have gone to several dealers for information about Mopar upgrades only to be given the following answers, "it will void your warranty" and "we don't sell Mopar performance products".
Chrysler keeps coming up with good ideas that get our hopes up then dashes them on the rocks. With customer support like this I wonder how they can stay in business. [xx(][xx(][xx(]
