Stage II Kit is still coming

Tommy! Help! [:0]Can you get on the horn with Mopar performance again and find out the status of Stage II? This is getting ridiculous already! [xx(]I've decided I am going stage whatever when I get my income tax return. I will go stage 2, if it is available, otherwise I will have to go Stage 1 with a few mods. Of course, either way, the stage kit will come from you. But I and many others would prefer Stage 2.

I just ordered the '04 pedals from Tommy. I asked about Stage II. Although he hasn't talked to Mopar, he doesn't think it will come out because of the limited market . Not enough people have purchased Stage I to make a good business case for it. I'll soon jump on Stage I since it really looks as though Stage II won't be coming out at all.

Not enough market for Stage 1. Funny, some of the people not buying Stage 1 are holding out for Stage 2. Unfortunately, that doesn't include me, becuase I couldn't wait for for more power so I went ahead at bought S1 at the Block Party. Just too bad DC doesn't read these forums.

Would have been real interesting if Stage 1 came out 50 State legal and seeing how many bought it!! My guess is that they would have had 4X the market! It would not have been a bad marketing strategy to just break even on stage 1 just to increase the apetite for more sales and keep the very good initial PR DC had with the PT alive in a big way! Yes I know the Neon is their performance small car but the technology transfer from the Neon to us could not have been that expensive to give us Stage 2 or even 3. Oh well Corporate stategies are never very transparent away from the Board Rooms![:I]

Agree with you SteelBlueGT, make it state legal and WOW!!, they would have seen much bigger numbers.

I have lost all faith inStage II ever coming out [V]

I bought S-1 in the first batch that ever came out (Over a year ago). I have tinkered with it many times and added my mods to the mix with good results.

I would love to get stage two, I have had stage one now enough to have paid off itself in joy and ready to buy the next step. But DC has kept pushing the release date on S-2 now to a black hole where no more information is leaking.

IMHO, they have pulled the plug, placed it in a room full of salt for a few weeks,buried it six feet down, poured reinforced concrete over, not placing a marker on the burial site and killing all the people that helped in the process. Leaving no trail that it ever existed. They would even send any employee that talked about the issue to room 101 for a counseling session.

I dont know what the fuss is about. If you are really serious in making your Pt fast, you dont need S2 anyway. Period.
