You can do it while you're there taking off the PCM, it's located just below it and you have to get the CAI out of the way for both anyway. I did mine at the same time. It's simple (especially on an '04 where you don't change the injectors) - the biggest pain is accessing the back/inside bolt on the bov. A 1/4 inch drive with swivel and extentions help. With a stickshift, you should be done in 45 minutes. Autosticks have to do a 'quick'learn for the tranny, which is kinda a pita.

turbojim, you don't have to add the Mopar BOV unless you really want to. Tezz is right about that lower bolt though, not real convenient to reach. As for the auto trans quick learn, it's really not that big a deal. Just do it early one weekend morning while the roads are empty and you're fine.

Sounds like a plan. Thank you.

[:I]I have a 03/gt and have ordered a S1 kit. I am going to install it myself and was wandering if there are any tricks to install it.I downloaded the instruction from the Mopar site and they seem to require you to do a lot of extra.Any help would be greatly appricated[^]

Hey Nudle, on the 03s you do have to swap out the injectors so it is more involved than on an 04. Depends how confident you are in your abilities to wrench I guess.
