I still don't believe any DCX employees answerd any of the questions on the SRTforums.com that were posted directly to them? I do believe DCX censored them!

I've noticed that also about the "no answers from Mopar or DCX" in the SRT4 forums. They are allowing so may questions each month and now we are past the start of April and have no answers for the March questions...very interesting[:I]
You'd think the company would at least release a statement why we are left hanging rather than not just saying anything at all...that is just good business. One of the largest problems any US business has is lack of communication whether it be for internal or external customers. For those of you schooled in "TQM" (Total Quality Management) or "Baldridge", you know what I'm talking about. Deen

Not TQM!!!!!!![xx(][xx(][xx(] [ ][ ]Excuse me. Got flashbacks..... in 1994 The USAF decided to use the TQM process... The plug was pulled on the idea after kids took the "Empowerment" concept to personal... I am sure it works in other places but for the military, If a senior Oficer gives an order, The people should just do it no questions asked. Sory. I am old military school. Joined the ranks in the midle of the cold war. Those where the days[?] I know is off topic but I got the chills when I saw those three letters ![]() Ian

I decided to buy stage one.. Talking to people it is needed to do other upgrades that I want to do.. The injectors that come with stage one are plenty big enough for future mods..
What I plan on doing.... Get stage one.. Apex electric boost controller, aftermarket wastage, E-manag system, and a bigger turbo.. I have all the benifits of the engineers programing the stage one with all the stuff I want then I can program everything else I want with the other goodies I will get.. As for Mopar answering one question a month wow.. As long as the questions are for the product they are selling and not smart ass comments then they should answer any and all questions that there perspective buyers might want to ask.. ADAM |
