The A/Fr was so high because DC needs the car to last thru their 7/70 warranty.

Sounds great man, even better than mine with the stock PCM!

3BarBoost said the reason they run so bloody rich at WOT is also to lubricate the cylinder.

17:1 is "MEGA LEAN" (17 parts air to 1 part fuel). I'm surprised you didn't blow your motor and that the dyno operator didn't shut it down immediately.

Aloha,
Mark

Wow! Something is very wrong, you are dangerously LEAN!
What exactly does the AFR graph look like?
What RPM are you hitting that 17.5:1? Through the full range or at redline?
Is it possible the wideband is faulty or wasn't hooked up correctly.
What is your boost spiking to? You should be seeing 10:1-12.5:1 depending on certain variables.

When you installed the Stage I PCM, did you install the Stage I Injectors?

If you don't install the larger injectors, which are standard on the 04 cars, then this might explain the extremely lean AF ratio.
