Well had the shop down the road scan my PT and it was saying o2 not supported but also air con non supported and others which made no sense. I think at one point it showed voltages for both o2. Calibration id is 1d01-04510056ae calibration verification cun01-a89c00a9. Mod type ngc3 mexican emissions Of course he was busy as heck so had little to mess with it.

The calibration ID is the correct one for a 2003 Stage 1 pcm. That means it wasn't inadvertently overwritten, with stock programming by the dealer, or someone else, with a correct passthrough programming tool. As well it is NGC3 hardware which is a must, at least as far as 1st gen PTs are concerned, for Stage 1 programming. All 03's came from the factory with NGC1 hardware.

Thanks dude for the information. I'm wondering what I was boosting before the stage 1. I'm going to start checking for boost leak and I think I noticed what sounded like pinging the other day.

Well the saga continues. Went online to see about new injectors on some of the Mopar parts online sites. Old part # no longer good and they have a new part # that covers just about every PT from 2003 to 2010. N/A and turbo plus they want a core charge I guess meaning there injectors are remanufactured. 56 bucks a piece. So I went to the nearest Fiat/Chrysler dealer and they had an older guy training a new young guy at the parts counter and the young guy would not listen to a thing he was being told. I was quoted 102.00 a piece and yes there was also a core charge. I'm sure there are other options just need to look some more.......

Sorry to hijack, but I have an '03 GT. If I want to screw around with tuning I would need to grab an 04-05 turbo computer? Is there anything more to it?

Check out syked ecu tuning. He has some mods that use 04 05 ecm. The 03 ecm is one yr only.

In most all cases it is better to have the existing fuel injectors rebuilt and matched flowed.
These will be better than even buying new ones for a PT Cruiser 2.4 USA Model manufactured in Mexico engine.

https://www.rceng.com/Fuel-Injector-...BUpwQqfxvwqEtv

The charge for RC Engineering's standard clean-flow-balance service is $24.00 - $28.50 per injector, depending on the type of injector. If overnight shipping is used, the turnaround time is three days.

Had this used set done by witchhunters that is just north of me. They said 2 leaked and had problems getting them to stop leaking. Sent them back to me as good but have hard starting, poor idle. I have also lost some low end power just from the old butt dyno. They did say to send them back but would rather find new ones. I did put a fuel pressure gauge and after 20 mi. they dropped 10 psi and another 10 after 15 min. I would think they would hold steady. Other cars I had did.

Given the information on their website (http://www.witchhunter.com/index.php) I am surprised that they would send anything out that did not pass their claimed injector servicing inspection procedure??

I always recommend RC Fuel Injection for all Injector servicing.
