Hey Lucille

The larger injectors are installed already in the GT engines from model year 2004 and up.
The PCM is all you get but at the same price. The PCM, once program is a installation
that anyone can do. Once installed you have to take your Cruiser through the learning steps. I've heard/read on these forums that if you can have your dealer install the PCM they can do the learning steps through the computer.

Hey Lucille, are looking to purchasing a used Stage 1 PCM???? If so, I think the jury is still out on just how easy it is to reprogram the PCM for a different car. I also haven't heard a definitive answer as to whether or not anything has changed from '04 to '05 that could possibly impact this - like the, what was it, '03 PCM not behaving properly if installed on an '04. Sorry, I don't recall the details, but it had to do with the A/C no longer working, speedo or odometer not working, etc.

Make sure you have ALL these types of questions answered before you take the plunge.
