Mine remains stock--the plug gap has never been changed. No miss or any other problems whatsoever with 1000 miles on STAGE 1.

Have you upgraded plug wires? Everyone says the stocks ones can develop problems.

A lot of people are gapping thier plugs at 40 and even 38. I also saw a post about trimming the ground lead back to half across the electrode so the spark develops on the side exposing it to the fuel better.

Also saw an article that the turbochargers.com WGA needs to bypass solenoid #2 for some reason. You might check thier FAQ

Gapped to .050 and it helped a little.
Then I gapped to .040 and problem solved!

BTW im running stock coil, Magnecore 8.5mm and champion plugs one step colder.
Running DSBC from the back of the turbo out to the WGA.

Only issue is the map sensor keeps shooting out of the stock UCP under high boost.

Your Map sensor isn't mounted in the UCP. So I don't know what's shooting out, but that's not it.

That's an Air Temp sensor, I forgot what you call it, but it's about $9.00 if I remember correctly. I have a spare and I will update this when I get home.
