Default Thinking of turning to the Dark Side!

I have been thinking of purchasing the Stage I kit for my 03 Turbo Autostick. I am a little nervous as this is my daily driver, but the desire for more power is eating at me like mad!!! Anyone out there that's done the install on an 03 Autostick let me know how it went. Were there any problems or is there anything special I should know? Hey all you Stage I owners, help me make the turn to the Dark Side. [}]

Hey guys and girls, if I take this plunge and chicken out on the self install, can anyone recommend a good dealer to install it around central Illinois? [:I]

With an '03 you'll be replacing the injectors in addition to the PCM. Not really that much harder but it does give some folks pause.

Hope someone can point you to a Stage-Friendly dealer in your neck of the woods if you decide to let DC do it.

I agree, very easy install if you throw away about 10 pages of the instructions [].
Remove the rear bracket bolts at the manifold and the 5 front manifold bolts. Lift manifold up an support with bungee cord. Suck the coolant out with a turkey baster until the t-stat is uncovered (save the coolant in a bottle) and unbolt the t-stat housing.(This too me is the hardest part, getting the a/c line bracket of the stud to remove the t-stat housing) Lift the housing and hose up (a small amount of coolant may be lost, just replace with water). Remove the screws holding the fuel rail on and lift the rail up. Pop off the injector clips and replace the injectors, don't forget to re-install the clips. Put back in reverse order. Note; the t-stat just floats and is positioned by the housing so make sure it is positioned under the housing properly. Take your time and you will have no problems.
If you have automatic, use the instructions for the trans learn deal.
Rock on!

Thanks to all of you that replied! I took the plunge today and ordered my Stage I from Tommy's dealership. Needless to say the next few days waiting for it to arrive will be rough. I 'll let you know how the install goes. Look out gas card!!!!!
