Mopar recommends their BOV with STAGE 1. While you may not really need it--although "they say" it helps prolong the life of your turbo engine which is why I got one--YOU MAY WANT IT! Most likely there will not be any performance gains by installing a BOV, but, many people like the "cool pssst sound" it makes. However, for a "performance" part that costs less than $70 (US funds) one can't really go wrong IMHO. [8D]

I don't have pics, but the MOPAR unit is just a plate that installs where the stock recirculating valve is and it redirects it to exhaust to atmosphere.
