Man, the smiles an S1 can cause are great. [8)] What a nice easy 15 minute install can do for a car. SO, Upgrade #1 is now complete.

Man, you're lucky you have an 04.
I had to take half the car apart to put the injectors in on my 03.
The PCM box was easy...

[8)]I have an 'O3 GT like PTGT, and I agree with him 100%. It was a pain, and time-consuming, to put in the new injectors. It was not impossible, and it is not like installing a new clutch, but it is not on my top 10 list of fun things to do. On the other hand, Stage I put a big, foolish grin on my face, that hasn''t gone away six months later. It is probably the best bang for the buck that you can do to enhance the performance of our cars. For example, the Borla exhaust system costs more money than Stage I, and though it looks good and sounds good, the performance upgrade is more in the subjective area than the objective area. Long live Stage I and the PT GT![?]

I just like to tinker on my car so a Stage 1 would be an enjoyable experience. When we did R_K_GT's Stage 1 and BOV at my house it was a fun couple hours work, and I know he has enjoyed the results!

No kidding! Cal, I didn't realize you and R_K_GT had wrenched together. A bunch of us will be meeting at the AM/PM at the corner of Cherry & Valley at noon tomorrow (7/31/04) for a day of racing fun. C'mon out and join us......same goes for anybody else in SoCal, even if you don't plan on racing, just come and hang out!
