Stage two release date at block party???

Does anyone have any "insider" information as to whether the stage two will be revealed at the upcoming block party? I will not be going the event due to travel distance so I hope someone in the group who does go will remember to pop "the big question" as in...

That's been there for a long time. It doesn't mean you can order stage 2 yet because it is still unavailable. Mopar is famous for advertising a part and not making it available right away.

Exactly. It has been a looong haul waiting for this to come. If nothing else a few well placed questions may finally shake this thing loose. Does anyone know by the way what is the hang up? Is it purely a programming issue that is holding the stage two up or are there mechanical considerations which need to be addressed.

From what I have read here and in the other forums/websites, they are trying to get Stage 2 CARB approved. We have to wait until Cali says it's ok to drive fast in the wagons.

By the time if/when they finally release Stage 2...it will be time to give us Stage 3 (I know, I know, they are not releasing S3 for our Cruisers).

The reason I'm saying this is we happen to be going through another horsepower race between the MFG's and more and more cars are coming out with 240-260 HP in the 4 & 6 cylinder configuration. Stage 2 will get us to just about where other cars are being manufactored stock at this point. And then there is still the V-8's...300-400 HP is getting to be the norm. Our little Stage 1 cars will be struggling to keep up with the average lil old lady's grocery-hauler
