Another Stage 1 question
I went to Mopar's PT Stage 1 page and noticed the following disclaimer "Not legal for sale or use on pollution controlled motor vehicles". Here in Portland, OR we have vehicle emission testing every 4 years. Is this kit going to affect my emissions and cause me to fail the emissions test?

It basically says it's not C.A.R.B. approved, but those who have it, have had no problems passing emissions testing. If Oregon's testing is stricter than California's and by chance you don't pass, just swap back the old PCM and take it again the next day. You should have no problems.
