how mutch pressure can suport stage 1 with manual boost controler

I'm not sure I fully understand the question, but with a manual boost controller you need to be really careful. You can easily blow your engine to pieces if you just bolt one in and turn up the boost! The most likely cause will be running very very lean, and cooking your pistons. From there, the level destruction possible is virtually endless!

With proper tuning, and proper monitoring with a boost gauge and either a wideband air/fuel (A/F) meter or exhaust gas temp (EGT) gauge, you should be able to run upwards of 18psi without problems.

22psi but that was with 108 octane

at boost pressures that high detonation is also a major concern.
