recent topics seem to lead that way dont they? I cant say for positive 100% sure, but I wouldnt think they do. The actuator itself probably does, but it wont mount up right. That is why the AGP one had to be specially made for the Cruiser. If not, why couldnt we all [Cruiser and SRT] use the same wastegate.

They are different. I have an original, non adjustable, 15lb AGP wga from an srt-4. I had to fab up a bracket, trim my heat shield, modify the intake braket i think it was, and then bend the rod that comes off the wga to the actual wastegate to get it to fit. it took me a bunch of time looking at it but i finally started cutting and bending and it all came together.

So waht U are saying Tommy is that there is no reason a new AWG from a SRT-4 couldn't be made to work!!

That is true. It can be made to work, but it is a lot of fabbing up and testing and refitting. A lot of people would just rather buy one already made for the PT's. I put this in before anyting was made for the PT's and a fabbed up SRT-4 was the only thing usable.

This was a post back in the day, original address is http://www.ptcruiserlinks.com/forum/...a,on ,stage,1

The AGP didn't fit correctly evidently because after talking with one of my srt buds, he said that plate on the AGP one, in his words, "is much beefier and larger" so thats probably why it had to be fabbed. The mopar one should be the same Identical size. This is also what 3bar said back in march and he is a mopar engineer. Some of us know who he was and hold him near and dear to our PT hearts. [?]
Monday is judgement day on the WGA. Mine WILL be installed one way or another. [8]

Got the Stage 2 WGA from and SRT-4 buddy here locally for $75. I'm now on the lookout for a new MAP sensor as well. Gotta wait until its available though separately from the kit from Mopar. [:I]
