Actually, Mark, one of the great things abotu the PCM in the GT is that it uses torque management, and not a set boost number.
So, at higher altitudes, it allows the turbo to generate more boost to overcome the lower air density, so you should see roughly the same performance other stage 1 cars see, with perhaps a small difference attributable to the fact that the turbo has to spin up slightly more to generate the extra boost.
