Stage 1 warranty voided?

My local dealership has no problem with me having the S1 on my car. But once the service manager (whom I know) found out that my vin number will be registerd with Chrysler........he kind of cringed.

I don't want to mess up my 7/70 warranty on the engine and driveline. And since my vin. will be on record, how is one to get around this? Should I go get a vin off a wrecked GT? hmmmmmmm.

the vin number is just for programing your stage 1 with your car option and if is not programed with your vin your car will not start there is not registred to chrysler to void your warant chrysler dont know you have stage 1[8)]

last week my pt goes to the dealer for transmition problem they repair it and wen they do the road test the guy said to me (your pt ave a lot of punch for 180hp) of coarse they know i ave s1 and they said nothing about it for the waranty[?]
