Where is they best place to mount it without giving your dash a "cluttered look" with the wire hanging down in front of your radio/CD changer? [:0]

I use it all the time in mine...

If you are refearing to the G-tech Comp, the RPM wont work... The ground in our cars is filtered and the G-teck won't be able to read the ignition pulses.

The Gtech Pro works perfectly!

Ian
Ah hell. How does one get it to work? Have to find where is it filtered and tap before it. MX-5, where are ya bud? [8D]

I've got the GTech Pro Competition and the RPM pickup does NOT work. I have contacted GTech about it and they are trying to fix it. The "fixes" that they gave me didn't work and/or it is not practical (turn on all your electrical accessories to put a drain on the alternator?!?!?!)

I am still going to try and hook it up directly to the battery so we'll see if it works or not.

Thanks for the confirmation--now I won't get pi$$ed the first time I use it, heh.

We have to find where the ground is isolated and tap it before it...I was thinking right off the battery also, but I would think that would be filtered as well. Perhaps somewhere closer to the ignition system?

MX-5, get in here already!
