Are you asking about an ethanol/gas blend?
I'm not sure about ethanol but your owners manual states clearly to never use any mix containing methanol. |

While I am not wild about ethanol blended gasoline (lower specific heat), your PT will run on "normal" ethanol blended gasoline. In many parts of the country Shell uses ethanol in their 91 octane fuel (typically 10% or less ethanol).
However, E-85 is 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline. It has only about 2/3 the energy of 100% gasoline. The PT was not designed to run on E-85. The emissions would be out of whack and the computer would be very confused. Would it "run", probably. Would it run "well", no. Would I try it in my PT, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
