Does any one know if the same plugs for an '05 will be okay for an '06? Just picked up a new '06, and find the performance lacking compared to my '03 with Magnacor wires and Double Platinum wires, I know the wires are the same, but what about the plugs? Thanks

Same. Only change to engine was plastic intake on turbos (actually started as a running change in '05).

Aftermarket spark plug wire sets, like Magnecor, Crane, or Mopar Performance, also solved many mis-fire problems. The OEM spark plug wires sets have been often replaced by owners and service departments because of the wires failing or have worn out prematurely, so the consensus is to just buy aftermarket spark plug wire sets for maximum longevity and reliability. OK gap is .40 but wich would be better Champions Double ,Iridiums or NGK iridiums and I guess the cranes 8.5 are perfect

If you use Champions use the Copper Plus and [u]NOT the Platinums</u> as they are too hot a plug for the turbo.
