My 05 GT convertable just started leaking all over the garage floor. I just purchased it in june, and now has 6300mi. The dealer initially thought it was the tans. coil pack, and had to order from the warehouse. This sent up a flag, and they called the dealer back to ask some questions. It seems Chrysler has made some bad transmission cases. They were either cast too thin, or a machining error.
Long stoy short, new case, same guts. I'm starting to get a sick feeling in my stomach. Cases are backordered, we are hoping for one next week. |

I'm just concerned about the dealership's abilities. This could lead to more problems down the road. If you know what I mean!
POS? More than a few Chrysler trans. with problems, from what I've heard. |
