Default Rear Wiper Delay?

Is there any way to lengthen the delay on the rear wiper?

In the days of old, before intermittent wipers, I bought a "gizmo" with a dial, hooked it to wiper wiring, and got intermittent wipers. It worked fine. Dunno if they still make them. [:I]
