Did dealer admit there is a problem? I little bit of shimmy isn't unusual for front-drive w/a big 4 cyl. The fact that it goes away with speed seems to indicate there's nothing major wrong.

Is the 'traction control' kicking in?

I've seen tires cause this very low speed shimmy or squirm. Check all the usual (tire pressure, lug nut torque, suspension for loose components) then rotate the tires to see if it changes.

The Pt is aligned and balance I will try to rotate the tires but like I said slighltly vibrate when accelarating on initial drive off then
then as the speed increases the wobble/vibration is not apparent anymore
This is non turbo 2006

Just guessing, but I wonder if you have something loose or broken in the steering or half shafts? All front wheel drive cars have torque steer on initial take-off, but hardly noticeable under normal conditions. If something from the factory wasn't tightened down or has broken, it might exaggerate that torque pull, but then again, you would think that you should feel it at other speeds. [:I]
