Crazy missfire !

I just recently gave my 03 gt a tune up i have a little over 37000 mi on the car and i was feeling hesitation at a dead stop a buddy of mine asked what is up with your car and i said ive got a miss well as it turns out my problem got worse...it got so bad and was missng so bad that is turned on the check engine light. I already knew what the problem was so i order plugs and wires from www.sprakplugs.com part # ptset...i hooked up the scan tool and i had a miss on the #1 cyl. so my plugs and wires came in from cali and i got 4 NGK Iridium plugs and 4 9mm plug wires and the problem was solved but it was missing really bad.. The NGK plugs and the bigger wires are great better throttle response and it seems to pull harder at a higher rpm than before...so i can so im please with my purchase and it cost me around 80$ to do it myself.

It's a little hard to understand what your saying, but as I see it, the plugs and wires that you put on are great for throttle response and it seems to pull harder BUT you're still getting the miss really bad that you had before the new stuff?

Did you gap the new plugs or were they supposed to be pre-set? The Turbo owners seem to think a gap of about .040in is what you should be running. That could be your problem with the miss.

No....sorry guys its fine the plugs and wires i ordered fixed the problem...Like i said they are great plugs and the bigger wires do a much better job than the stock wires..Like i said im now running a 9mm plug wire..Im not sure what size the stock plug wire is but i know its not 9mm...These new plugs and wires are great it was well worth the 85 some odd $ i paid..WWW.SPARKPLUGS.COM the part # is PTSET. i will have to say that im really pleased with them.
